As an e-commerce associate, you will be an integral part of the Down Right Merchandise team.
Our primary consumers are passionate music industry fans from around the globe; e-commerce associates are the core of our online operation.
We take great pride in providing our clients with a robust online marketplace and available e-commerce solutions.
This is a great office based position for someone who likes working alongside other departments to resolve issues as a team.
This is a full time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities ? Create products in the backend of Shopify with pre-set data entry points.
? You will be responsible for creating new item listings which include:
MSRP, SKU's, Shipping Weights, Product Types, Categories and Collections.
? You will be responsible for monitoring live product launches and app integrations.
? Additional duties and responsibilities will include:
Soundscan reporting and sync, shipping and fulfillment maintenance, photographing products, daily Shopify maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High school diploma or equivalent GED 1-2 years of Shopify or e-commerce equivalent knowledge/experience Typing skills ( 40-50 WPM) Computer literacy/proficiency (experience using a Macbook) Experience with Excel/spreadsheets Availability from 9 AM- 5 PM Monday through Friday Critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask A strong attention to detail A positive and quality-driven mindset Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to push/pull/lift objects Ability to remain seated for extended periods of time Job Type:
