LPN's/RN's/Pharmacists needed to administer Vaccinations (Temporary)
GLFHC COMMUNITY COVID-19 VACCINE CLINICS:
TEMPORARY IMMUNIZING STAFF NEEDED GLFHC is currently seeking temporary full-time and part-time LPN's, RN's, and Pharmacists to assist in the administration of COVID-19 vaccines to patients in the community.
This includes initial doses, boosters, and pediatric vaccinations.
Rate of pay:
LPN, $35.
00 / RN, $45.
00 / Pharmacist / $50.
00Hours:
Days, evening and weekend shifts are available.
We have full-time and part-time openings with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Location:
Various locations throughout the Merrimack ValleyLength of assignment:
Up to six monthsJob duties include:
o Assessing eligibility of patients to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by reviewing the patient consent form prior to administering the vaccine.
o Providing each patient with literature containing information regarding the vaccine and potential side effects.
o Administering COVID-19 vaccine to patients.
o Documenting vaccine date and providing patient with instructions with regard to follow up for the second vaccine.
Requirements:
o Current LPN/RN/Pharmacist Massachusetts license o Current BLS certification o Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred o Excellent customer service and communication skills required o Must be reliable o Ability to handle stressful situations o Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekend coverage Recommended Skills Administration Basic Life Support Communication Customer Service English Spanish Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
