Jackpocket is looking for Operations Associates to support our lottery operations at our local fulfillment center.
This is an in-person, hands-on position with room for growth at a fun and fast growing start-up! Candidates must be available for various shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
The starting pay rate for this role is $18 per hour.
Responsibilities Perform lottery ticket purchasing and redemptions Scan and upload lottery tickets, log progress, and process orders Coordinate workflow so that goals and deadlines are met Maintain printing and scanning equipment Work alongside a team to meet Jackpocket goals Assist with ad-hoc operational projects as needed Qualifications Flexible schedule including weekends High-school degree or above preferred Prior work in operations, warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or manufacturing helpful Familiarity with technology and comfortable with computer hardware Ability to work productively with minimal direction Ability to work on feet and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds This is a part-time non-exempt position eligible for overtime under FLSA requirements.
